Agenda Power Supply This was Mixed with: http://www.geocities.com/blackwidowxpgm/power_adapter.html and http://home.adelphia.net/~asecs/vr3/taft.htm First goto Radio Shack (http://www.radioshack.com) and buy a 3 volt 700 mA regulator. The Radio Shack part number is: 273-1756. It looks like this:
Next you need to buy Adaptaplug 6" Power Leads. The Radio Shack part number for this is: 273-1742. This is for changing the power connection of the 3v vold regulator -> Adaptaplugs -> 2 wires. The black with one white stripe wire is the + the plain black wire is the -. It looks like this:
Now you have 2 choices. The first choice is getting red and black hook jumper leads or getting a woden dowel and putting a nail inside of it connected to the power leads that looks like batteries so you can easily put it inside your agenda. Either way connect the Adaptaplug to the 3 vold regulator like this:
Remember to match the [TIP] on the 3 volt regulator with the + on the Adaptaplug. Jumper Leads: The red and black jumper leads part number is: 278-016A. And what you would do is connect the Adaptaplug black with one stripe (+) to the red jumper lead and the plain black part of the adaptaplug you would connect to a black jumper lead. After this, you would squeeze the black jumper lead and the red jumper lead and connect it like this:
You may need to get a small screw driver to push the + metal thing out a little bit so you can connect the red jumper lead.
Wooden Dowel: The second way you could do it is to find a woden dowel and then cut it down to a size of a AAA battery. Then drill a whole in it and put the adaptaplug wire in the whole, then over the adaptaplug wire hammer in a nail so then you could use the wodden dowel as a battery on your agenda but connected to the wall. Mine looks like this:
